I'm glad we bought this on Amazon so that we could send it back in a hassle free manner. The item came in a box within an outer box. As soon as I opened the other box, I could see the inner box in which the item was packed. I noted several things on that inner box. This item was supposed to come with a DVD. That description was unapologetically masked by a masking tape by probably the seller. And when you open that inner box, the DVD is obviously missing. The maximum retail price (with taxes inclusive) that comes printed on the box was peeled off. I'm sure, that price was in Indian Rupees, because in India that's how prices are printed. No UPC code on the box either. It was Made in India. That's not the problem. In fact, we wanted an Indian Grinder that would help us in our Indian Kitchen. I'm not sure if this was meant to be sold in USA. I grew skeptical of the item once I noted these tell tale tampering signs on the box.Now... We are able to grind all types such as dry(masalas) and wet(idli batter, chutney). We could make idli batter pretty fast. Overload cutoff is a cool and important feature to keep the mixer safe from burning. But everyone should be aware of the overload clear button on the mixer bottom, since at times the mixer will cut off if you are grinding at overload.
